We strive for excellent customer service. That is why we pay lots of attention to customer care and satisfaction. We will provide a full refund in the following cases:
- If the item arrived damaged or broken.
- If the item never arrived/got lost in transit.
- If the item you received is not as described. i.e if the product size and dimensions, color, material or color were listed not accurately.
If you received your item, and your case doesn’t match the above criterion, but you are still not satisfied – we would like to hear your complaint as well.
All of our orders are shipped using ePacket shipment. That means that they have a tracking number and are traceable. It can take up to three days to process an order. Once the order is dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to follow shipment. If you never received a tracking number or your order haven’t arrived within three weeks after your purchase – contact us.
